Galway County Fleadh 2026
Galway County Fleadh 2026 will take place from the 15th - 17th May 2026 in Coláiste Bhaile Chláir .

Galway Comhaltas is proud to introduce Cuimsiú, an inclusive initiative at Fleadh Cheoil na Gaillimhe 2026 for performers who have an additional need or disability. Inspired by the success of Mayo Comhaltas, Cuimsiú aims to create a welcoming, flexible, and joyful space for everyone who wishes to take part in our musical tradition.

What is Cuimsiú?
Cuimsiú provides a flexible, joyful space for participation in both competition and informal music sessions. Our goal is to ensure that every musician and singer, regardless of ability, feels supported and valued.

Who is eligible to compete?

Any competitor must be availing of the services of CDNT (Children's Disability Network Team) or Adult Services.
